Motherhood! Am I ready to start over again?

I walked upstairs today to where my computer is and this picture was on my screen saver. I laughed so hard thinking about being a new mom again and wondering if I am ready for a new born.
So my doctor finally showed me the light at the end of this very long tunnel I've been traveling in for 39 weeks now. I have an induction planned for Monday, August 4th. We are so excited that we know this pregnancy will end. I actually still can't believe it. My mom is flying in on Sunday and will be with me for a week. Barry is taking Xander and Landon to a soccer tournament in Austin on Friday the 8th, so it will be great to have mom here. I will post some pictures when I get home from the hospital unless I can convince Barry to do it sooner. Wish me luck!!

Eleventh Anniversary

Today Barry and I are celebrating 11 wonderful years together. The sad part is I called him yesterday and begged him to not get a card or gift because I was too tired to go get anything. Isn't that terrible? After this baby arrives I promise to make it up to him. I also hope this baby doesn't come today, because it would stink to share our anniversary with a child's birthday. Although, what a better way to celebrate a wedding anniversary than with a new addition to the family. Thanks to all our friends and family who have been with us these amazing years. I couldn't ask for a better husband and friend. (Family pic from Nov 2006. I think it is time for a new one.)

Sweet Summer Time! Isn't always this sweet actually!

Collin had his frist trip to the dentist. After watching his big brothers have their teeth cleaned he was all ready to go. He was much braver than I thought he would be. His teeth looked great. Thanks Dr. Ludlow for taking great care of my little boy!

Collin has yet to start playing organized sports, but he is always dressed in full uniform for every game his older brothers have. He will not leave the house without being dressed up.

Landon played coach pitch this season. Half way through the season Barry took over as the pitcher and had a great time. Landon had some really great hits off his dad's pitches. It was really fun to watch.

Xander's team The Muckdogs won first place in their division. Biggest trophy he's won yet! Congrats Xander and team.
We've recently finished up baseball season, school, and soccer. But, we are back into soccer practice already and lots of swimming. Our baby (Quinn David Shelton) will be arriving soon. Amber is hoping sooner than later. It is really warm here in Texas, but what else should we expect IT'S TEXAS!!!!

We've had a great visit with the Enlow Family, my dad, and sister Courtney while they were in Texas. We did not take one picture of the event, but if you visit the Enlow's blog you can see a few pics of us while they were here.

We'll keep everyone updated on the delivery. Three more weeks to August 7 which is the due date, but hopefully we'll have some good news sooner than that.

Weekend of fun
